At the meeting were present:

• Business owner – Tigran Khachatryan and two collaborators of the computer centre.
The aim of the meeting:
Presentation of prepared business plans by the participants of the “Business Planning” training, making decision of cooperating by GCCI.
At the meeting was discussed:
The business plan of the computer center presented by T. Khachatryan. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “ARTIG BUSINESS” LLC, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business operates nearly six months. It is planned to enlarge the business by providing the following spheres of services: trainings, computer and software repairing, private use of Skype /telecommunication/.
• The required amount for enlarging the business and meeting the standards is 1.430.000 drams, which will be own investment.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was suggested:
• To insert security systems. This can be bought by means of internet shopping.
• To make the staircase leading to the second floor more comfortable.
It was decided:
• The businessman will buy a security system from internet market within next week. And within next two weeks he will repair the staircase. If the price of the system will be higher than fifty thousand drams, the businessman will apply to GCCI to get financed from start-up business foundation.
• The committee will provide the business with the opportunity to operate under the brand of “Zartnir”.

Presentation of prepared business plans by the participants of the “Business Planning” training, making decision of cooperating by GCCI.
At the meeting was discussed:
1. The business plan of the computer center presented by Arman Edilyan for Azatamut Community. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “Private Entrepreneur”, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business is start-up. It plans to provide the following services: providing computers for accessing internet services, network games, as well as, trainings, computer and software repairing, telecommunication services and other computer services.
• The required amounts for establishing the business is 1.254.000 drams, which will be own investment.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was decided:
• The committee will provide the business with the opportunity to operate under the brand of “Zartnir”.
• The business will start to operate beginning from the middle of March.
2. The business plan of the Ijevan’s computer center presented by Arthur Vardapetyan. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “Private Entrepreneur”, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business operates nearly eight months and it is planned to enlarge the business by providing the following spheres of services: trainings, computer and software repairing.
• The required amount for enlarging the business and meeting the standards is 2.101.000 drams, which will be own investment.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was offered:
• To revise the required amount including also the students from Ijevan Branch of YSU. To specify the marketing strategy.
It was decided:
• The businessman will change the marketing strategy during the next week.
• The committee will provide the business with the opportunity to operate under the brand of “Zartnir”.
3. The business plan of the computer center presented by Arkadi Dovlatbekyan for the village of Gandzaqar. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “Private Entrepreneur”, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business is start-up. It plans to provide the following services: providing computers for accessing internet services, network games, as well as, trainings, computer and software repairing, telecommunication services and other computer.
• The required amounts for establishing the business is 1.144.000 drams, which will be own investment.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was decided:
• The committee will provide the business with the opportunity to operate under the brand of “Zartnir”.
• The business will start to operate beginning from the last week of February.
4. The business plan of the computer center presented by Artak Chilingaryan for the town of Berd. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “Private Entrepreneur”, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business operates nearly one year and it is planned to enlarge the business by providing the following spheres of services: trainings, computer and software repairing, telecommunication services.
• The required amount for enlarging the business and meeting the standards is 1.627.000 drams, 360.000 drams of which is the requested loan.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was offered:
• To change the interior design of the computer center for meeting the standards of “Zartnir” brand.
• To prepare separate room for Skype.
It was decided:
• The businessman assumes to change the interior design and prepare separate room for Skype within next ten days.
• To provide all the required loan amount from “Successful Start” foundation.
• The committee will provide the business with the opportunity to operate under the brand of “Zartnir”.

At the meeting were present:

The aim of the meeting:
Presentation of prepared business plans by the participants of the “Business Planning” training, making decision of cooperating by GCCI.

1. The business plan of the computer center presented by Artak Chilingaryan for the community of Koghb. The following information was presented during the meeting by the participant:
• The business will operate under the legal status of “Private Entrepreneur”, and the brand of “ZARTNIR”.
• The business operates nearly eight months and it is planned to enlarge the business by providing the following spheres of services: trainings, computer and software repairing.
• The required amount for enlarging the business and meeting the standards is 1.460.000 drams, 360.000 drams of which is the requested loan.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was offered:
• To prepare separate room for Skype.

• The businessman will separate a room for providing telecommunication services within next five days.
• To provide all the required loan amount from “Successful Start” foundation.

• The business operates nearly one year and it is planned to enlarge the business by providing the following spheres of services: trainings, computer and software repairing, telecommunication services.
• The required amount for enlarging the business and meeting the standards is 1.428.000 drams, 500.000 drams of which is the requested loan.
• In order to meet the proposed standards the business has staff training needs, which is expected to do by GCCI’s support.
It was offered:
