In February 17 GCCI organized a conference in frames of SESDRA project with participation of Gandzak, Akunq, Tsovazard, Chkalovka and Zovaber “Community Active Group” members and community mayors, GCCI and Caritas administration.

Company Overview

Gegharkunik Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) is a NGO established in April 2002. The mission of GCCI is formation of the business community in Gegharkunik region and unification of enterprises around common and prospective benefits. 

GCCI has about 300 member businesses. During last 7 years GCCI worked with more than 1200 businesses and cooperated with some of the leading organizations in the development field of Armenia.  For various projects the partners of GCCI were:

The structure of GCCI is: board (7 members), president, executive director and departments.  The president of GCCI is PhD, Dr. Varazdat Karapetyan.  The executive director of GCCI is MBA, Mr. Artyom Grigoryan.  

Currently, GCCI is cooperating with the All Armenian Foundation (Local economy development project in Tavush and Shushi regions), USAD (Advocacy and Assistance Center project), GTZ/PEM    and Armenian Caritas (Social economy self-development project in rural villages)
